Non-responsive Customer Service

I recently purchased the sandalwood set. The aftershave bottle arrived shattered. I had purchased the insurance on the shipment. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service requesting a replacement, but have not received any response from the company yet.
You cannot position yourself in the market as a premium product with premium pricing and not provide any customer service.
